Spella Caffé has been a long time in the making. The owner, Andrea Spella, grew up in an apartment above his Grandmother’s European Bakery, taking an interest in the art of coffee from a young age.
He trained in Colorado with some coffee legends at Allegro Coffee before deciding to start his own shop.
