Unravel Coffee – Denver CO

Unravel Coffee

Unravel Coffee in Denver Colorado is a unique store for many reasons. First off, to save on pollution, they’re doing away with paper cups and opt to sell their to-go coffee in glass jars.

It’s a unique idea that is certainly friendly to the environment. Their full-service coffee bar has plenty of options for you to try too. They have coffee beans from Ethiopia, Columbia, Bolivia, Guatemala, and Kenya.

An Environmentally Conscious Cafe Making A Difference

At Unravel, they roast their beans in small batches with a zero-emission Bellwether Roaster. If you don’t feel like going to a coffee shop, they have a website where you can purchase their coffee to order and have the beans delivered to your house on a weekly, biweekly, triweekly, or monthly basis. Talk about convenience.

More About Unravel Coffee’s Flagship Shop

Their inhouse store is inside a strip mall, but you’ll find the interior to be modern and hip. There is a beautiful coffee bar with attractive decor and plenty of baristas available to help craft your coffee creation.

If you become a member at Unravel, you get certain benefits from their website and their shops, like discounts on store food, coffee, merchandise, and coffee courses. Yeah, coffee courses.

They Love To Teach Their Community About All Things Coffee

At Unravel, they seek to teach their community what each flavor profile of coffee tastes like (From dark roast to light roast, flavors, and accompanying aromas). If you are new to the world of coffee, the teachers at Unravel could teach you a thing or two.

Currently, their seed to cup taste testing class costs $50. I’d say it’s worth it if you want to be a coffee aficionado. If you want a drink, expect a little bit more quality coffee than what you’d find at a typical coffee store, minus the paper.

A Great Spot For Breakfast and Good Coffee

Brewed drinks like espresso, specialty brews, and teas. All of these drinks have many varieties you could choose. Food, like tartines, salads, and small plates, if you need a quick bite. In general, Unravel is not the place to go for lunch and dinner. However, it’s a fantastic spot for breakfast, and some good coffee.

Their Bellwether Roaster Makes Great Coffee Creations

Unravel Coffee seems to be in love with sharing everything they know about coffee and not just good drinks. They care about their environment, and thanks to their Bellwether roaster, their creations are bound to be top-notch. Compared to other franchises, unravel is a shop that offers a full variety even for the pickiest coffee drinkers.

While their shop does seem to be more on the expensive side compared to others, the real value you get at this coffee shop is the quality they put into their brand of brew. The fact that they serve as an educational hub for coffee enthusiasts is also inspiring.

If you are in Denver, I recommend you go check Unravel Coffee out. They are open seven days a week from 7 AM to 5 PM Monday to Friday and shorter hours during the weekend.
