Fillmore Coffee opened its doors 2015 to create a hip, corner coffee shop environment where locals and tourists can enjoy quality coffee, beverages, and foods.
One of their main missions is delivering customers delicious, artisan coffee within their cozy, quaint space. The name comes from owner Tim Wilcox’s childhood dog, who shared the name. Wilcox’s fascination with coffee began when he was in high school, leading to the shop’s eventual opening.
