You may want to look at your coffee intake, and supplement it with water a few times throughout your normal, everyday activity.
Another thing you can do is to implement a healthy diet. Eating foods that are rich in carbohydrates or protein are great ways of getting the energy you need, without making you feel tired.
Chocolate and green tea are great options. You may also want to try fruits such as apples, oranges, pineapples, or strawberries. These fruits are high in vitamin C, and do a better job of converting fat into energy, helping you feel tired less often.
