Thump Coffee was born in Bend, Oregon. The founder and owner is a man named Bobby Grover, but you won’t find that on the company’s website.

Drinks on offer are wide ranging. The coffee options are unique, like the washed Ethiopian Kolla Bocha. Thump sources their coffee from around the world, searching for interesting blends and creating partnerships with local growers.

They sell bags of their blends as well, if you want to take them home to brew. You can also order them online if you aren’t able to make the trip. Thump even has a wholesale program that provides nationwide, scheduled deliveries to other shops. They even offer training for fledgeling baristas.

They also have a large selection of teas. In fact, when looking at their menu the tea selection far exceeds that of the coffee, many of these listed as Fair Trade and Certified Organic. For Vegan customers there are soy and oat milk alternatives.
The Food Options Are Hearty and Appeal To Vegetarians Too
Beyond the drinks, Thump has a small brunch menu. The food is hearty, yet simple, with sandwiches making up the bulk of the selections.
It changes, but at one point in 2019 the sandwich menu was Pesto Turkey, Veggie, and Curried Tuna. There are always salad selections as well, and seasonal granola with fruit and yogurt. Vegetarians are not overlooked here.
